Every knit begins with a fiber. Our cashmere is
responsibly sourced from Mongolia, where goats
are particularly known to grow fine, soft
undercoats to insulate themselves against the
region’s cold climate.
The fiber is carefully collected, separated,
cleaned, and prepared for spinning into yarn.
We select our cashmere according to exacting
standards for fineness, length, uniformity, and
strength—the foundation for exceptional softness
and lasting quality.
That extraordinary fineness is part of what gives cashmere its signature softness. Fiber length, uniformity, strength, and resilience also contribute to how cashmere looks, feels, and wears over time.
From there, every detail matters. We carefully consider ply, gauge, knit tension, construction, and proportion for each design, followed by quality inspection to ensure the finished piece meets our standards.

The feel of finished cashmere is the result of every step that comes before it. Our signature cashmere undergoes a custom wash technique developed to achieve the soft hand feel we’re known for.
