Pills a lot

"I love the robe but was very surprised to find that it immediately started pilling. I used my sweater shaver to remove what I could but it’s hard to keep up with as it’s all over the robe and continues to happen. I mentioned it to customer service early on and they said that was normal. I am sensitive to wool so I own a lot of cashmere and, in my extensive experience, this robe pills much to easily and quickly, especially for the price point."
