We’re sorry your item didn’t work out. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased domestically from whiteandwarren.com for an exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and a $12 return fee will apply. There is no fee for exchanges or store credit. An item can only be exchanged once.
Visit returns.whiteandwarren.com to make a return. Please make sure to enter the email address associated with the order you’d like to return. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a FedEx shipping label via email. Once returns are received, you will get your refund (minus the $12 return fee) in approximately 5-7 business days. If you received a store credit, you can place a new order anytime.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
-Items marked FINAL SALE
-Items purchased from independent retailers or department stores.
-Gift cards, gifts with purchase, or other promotional items with retail value
-Duties, taxes, and shipping on international orders
White & Warren reserves the right to charge an increased return fee on select orders. Customers who place qualifying orders will be contacted by customer service to agree to the terms before fulfillment.
