Returns + Exchanges
FREE RETURNS + EXCHANGES (U.S. ONLY)
- A free return shipping label is included for all orders shipped within the United States.
- Complete the return form and securely repackage your merchandise.
- If you are shipping an exchange to a different address than the original package, please include the new address with the exchange paperwork.
- Remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
- Please keep the top portion of return label for your records and include the bottom portion in the return package.
- Returns + exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
- You will receive a Credit Memo email once the refund to your credit card has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied to your account.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
White + Warren gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund under the Policy terms described below:
- FULL PRICE merchandise must be returned to White + Warren within 30 days of original delivery date.
- SALE PRICE merchandise must be returned to White + Warren within 14 days of original delivery date.
- FINAL SALE merchandise, including Online Sample Sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged and will be promptly shipped back to the customer upon receipt by White + Warren.
- Any damaged or defective merchandise should be shipped promptly back to White + Warren for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT
White + Warren gladly accepts returns of gifted merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a website credit sent via email.
- Please note on the return paperwork that you are returning a gift.
- Include a valid email address and contact phone number with your return.
- For the holiday season, we have revised our return policy for gifts only. White + Warren will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective gifts purchased between November 20th and December 26th until January 20th. Gift returns will be accepted for a merchandise exchange for the original price paid or a website credit issued via email. This excludes final sale items.
